*Wave: Distrubance that carries energy through matter or space
*Medium: matter that waves travel through
*Vibrations: ways in which particles in a medium move-up/down or back/forth
*Transverse Wave: motion of particles perpendicular (at right angles) to the motion of the wave-electromagnetic
*Longitudinal Wave: motion of particles vibrate parallel to the direction of wave motion

What happens when two waves combine?
An interference occurs when two or more waves arrive at the same point at the same time and result in a single way.
Constructive Interference occurs when the crest of one wave overlaps the crest of another wave.
Constructive Interference occurs when the crest of one wave overlaps the crest of another wave.
Destructive Interefence occurs when the trough of one wave meets the crest of another wave.
